This document contains the official request submitted by the Republic of Albania to the European Commission for the release of funds under the Reform and Growth Facility (RGF) for the Western Balkans. It accompanies Albania’s third reporting package and presents the assessment of reform steps due in June 2026, measures completed during the June and December 2026 grace periods, as well as four reform measures reported in advance of the December 2026 deadline.
The document provides an overview of the reported reform steps, their corresponding financial values and the supporting evidence demonstrating compliance with the payment conditions set out in the Reform Agenda. It concludes with a request for the disbursement of a net amount of EUR 215.4 million, to be allocated between direct budget support and financing through the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF), in accordance with the Reform and Growth Facility Agreement.
