This document contains the Declaration of Assurance signed by the National Coordinator of the Reform and Growth Facility (RGF), accompanying Albania’s third reporting package submitted to the European Commission. The declaration covers the reform steps due in June 2026, measures completed during the June and December 2026 grace periods, as well as four reform measures reported in advance of the December 2026 deadline.
Through this declaration, the National Coordinator confirms that the information submitted with the request for the release of funds is complete, accurate and reliable; that the national management, control and audit systems provide adequate assurance regarding the proper use of EU financial assistance; and that there is no risk of double funding from other European Union programmes or external donors. The declaration further confirms that no irregularities, fraud, corruption or conflicts of interest have been identified in relation to the implementation of the Reform Agenda.
